The Doty Group’s Litigation and business Valuation Team is Growing!
We are pleased to announce that Brianne Tyler, CPA, ABV, CVA, MBA, founder of StoneBridge Valuation, is joining The Doty Group’s Litigation and Valuation team.
Innovative and Organized Approach
Brianne’s professional focus is on business valuation and consulting as they apply to small and mid-sized private enterprises. She has performed business valuations, economic damage calculations, pension valuations, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing for companies and their owners. Her work with clients and their support teams (attorneys, brokers, etc.) has allowed her to help them work through complex situations with an innovative and organized approach. She believes in strong client relationships with individualized attention and unique flexibility, which aligns with The Doty Group’s business philosophy.
Expanded Network and Services
In late July, Brianne announced the exciting news to her network. “I am so grateful for the five wonderful years running StoneBridge Valuation, experiencing tremendous growth and success over that time. I cannot thank you enough for the integral role you have played in my success,” she shared. “I decided to accept such an opportunity because I believe that a larger organization will allow me to provide even more support and services to my clients and attorney referral network while also providing more support to meet the continuously growing demand for the work we do.”
Shelley Drury, CPA, CVA, ABV, CFF, is a Shareholder at The Doty Group and the Director of Litigation and Valuation services. “Brianne has established herself as an experienced business valuation and forensic accounting expert with a great deal of objectivity and integrity,” said Shelley. “We are excited to welcome her to The Doty Group and expect that she will be an integral part of continuing to grow our business valuation and litigation support team.”

Brianne serves as a Board Member for the Emergency Food Network and develops and presents courses qualified for continuing education by the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA). She is a member of both the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Brianne has a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. She holds two specialty business valuation credentials, the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA.
