Corporations for Communities

In 2018, The Doty Group, P.S. was awarded a National Secretaries of State (NASS) Medallion from Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman in recognition of our ‘culture of giving.’ Here are a few of the ways that we live out our value of service.

Volunteerism
We get together to participate in volunteer events such as ‘Rebuilding Day’ for Rebuilding Together South Sound and by serving meals at the Tacoma Rescue Mission.

Sponsorship
Throughout the year, you may notice our logo on the marketing materials of charity events for causes near and dear to our hearts - such as animals, arts, youth activities, and economic opportunity.

Charitable Giving and In-Kind Support
A large portion of the professional staff serve as Directors on various nonprofit boards in Tacoma and Pierce County. It is with their time and expertise that they are able to provide unique, valuable service in a professional capacity for these organizations that are assisting our community. We encourage and support our staff to give in-kind when they have the capacity.
