Michele is the Quality Control Coordinator for The Doty Group. Michele’s experience includes a broad base of work in accounting and human resources, where she has a track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives and activities that support organizational goals and mitigate risks. She has leveraged her expertise in systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency and compliance, increase automation, and generate insights. She is committed to providing the resources and support that The Doty Group, its employees, and its clients need to succeed.

Graduated Magna Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) from Southern Illinois University with a BS in Workforce Education and Development
