Sally McColloch, CPA Joins The Doty Group, P.S. as Sr. Tax Manager

The Doty Group, P.S. is pleased to announce a new member of their organization, Sally McColloch, CPA. McColloch will be serving as a Senior Tax Manager, and brings over 25 years of public accounting experience, ranging from large multinational CPA firms to boutique firms.

Sally says that what brought her to The Doty Group is the reputation the firm has within the community, as well as the size of the firm "– not so small to lack resources to fully serve clients, but not so big that small business and individual clients can be overlooked. I want to be a trusted advisor to our clients, and available whenever needed.”

Sally has shown excellence in the areas of individual, estate and trust taxation throughout her career, and has also worked with a variety of closely held businesses in the industries of real estate development, property management, professional services, and hospitality. Further, her experience includes working with not-for-profit organizations - providing guidance on formation, governance and compliance.

Jordan Poore Joins The Doty Group, P.S. as Staff Accountant

The Doty Group, P.S. is pleased to also announce another new member of their organization, Jordan Poore. A 2018 graduate from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Corporate Finance, Jordan grew up in Grimes, Iowa and moved to the Tacoma/Gig Harbor area in 2018. She has volunteer experience with Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City, where she and other business students taught basic economic and financial concepts to 5th graders.

When asked why she decided to begin her career at The Doty Group, Jordan shared, “I was immediately attracted to The Doty Group after learning about their passionate/fun-loving company culture and lines of services. I have never met a more welcoming group of people than The Doty Group!”
